Recover better. Move stronger. Perform longer
Our Services
Our Injury Assessment is a comprehensive, clinically-led service designed to accurately identify the root cause of your pain or dysfunction — not just treat the symptoms.
Each session begins with a detailed consultation, where we explore your injury history, symptom presentation, lifestyle factors and training load to build a full picture of what’s going on in your body.
This is followed by a thorough physical assessment, including movement analysis, range of motion testing, strength assessment and targeted orthopaedic testing where appropriate. This allows us to pinpoint contributing factors and uncover the true source of your issue.
You will then receive hands-on treatment within the same session, alongside clear, expert guidance on the next steps — whether that’s rehabilitation, recovery strategies or ongoing treatment planning.
Our therapists are highly trained specialists in musculoskeletal health, combining clinical knowledge with years of hands-on experience to deliver accurate assessments and results-driven care.
Our Follow-Up Sessions are designed to track your progress, refine your treatment plan and continue moving you towards full recovery.
Each session includes a targeted re-assessment to review changes in your symptoms, movement, strength and overall function since your initial appointment. We’ll also check your response to previous treatment and any prescribed home exercises, ensuring everything is progressing as expected.
Based on your presentation on the day, treatment will be adapted accordingly. This may include more specialised hands-on therapy, progression of rehabilitation strategies, or adjustments to your recovery plan to keep you on track.
Our therapists use their specialist clinical knowledge to make informed decisions at every stage, ensuring your treatment remains effective, relevant and results-driven.
⚠️ Follow-Up Sessions are only suitable for clients who have previously attended an Injury Assessment.
Our Sports & Deep Tissue Massage is a results-driven treatment designed to support recovery, reduce muscle tension and optimise performance.
Whether you’re training regularly, dealing with persistent tightness or simply feeling the effects of daily strain, this treatment works deep into the muscles and connective tissue to release restriction, improve mobility and restore function.
Each session is tailored to your body and goals on the day, targeting key areas of tension and overload. Using advanced techniques, our therapists are able to work with precision and purpose — not just pressure — to achieve effective, lasting results.
This is not a one-size-fits-all massage. It’s a focused, clinically-informed approach delivered by highly trained therapists with a deep understanding of the body, movement and recovery.
